Stinger Flynn plays a much bigger role in Garten Of Banban II than in the first game, he has his own mission just like Opila Bird in the first game. In the mission the player is tasked to collect 8 seashells and put them in Stinger Flynn's treasure chest, after the task is completed, a shelf next to the chest opens in which you can find a Keycard which grants you access to the cannon minigame
