The Arcadia is the starship of Captain Harlock and his crew. It was created by the late Tochiro Oyama as his final gift to his dear friend Harlock before his inevitable demise.
The Arcadia has gone through numerous appearances due to a number of muddling copyrights, distribution, and marketing issues over the years. This has led to the vessel suffering from many inconsistencies and contradictions, some nuanced, others more glaring and painfully obvious.
